Appointments: Run sessions, bookings and donations through SAPu

Appointments is a new add-on that lets you run clinics, meet-and-greets, classes and consults from the same place you run your fundraising. Set up what you offer, open it for booking on your website, take payment, and see every visit on the person's contact record.

• Setup. Add the services you offer and the locations where they happen — in person, video or phone. Price a service at a flat rate or with a list of options, per animal or per person, and reorder add-ons, booking questions and price options by dragging.
• Calendar. Add one-off sessions like a Saturday clinic day, or weekly regular hours, see how full each day is, and open a session to see who is booked.
• Schedule. Book appointments for callers and walk-ins, check people in, mark no-shows, complete, reschedule and cancel — from the Schedule tab or straight from a session.
• Booking pages. Choose the services and locations each page offers, put it live, and share it with a link or embed it on your website. Visitors book in a few steps and are confirmed right away.
• Payments. Paid services take their deposit or full price online at booking. At the front desk, collect a balance by QR code, payment link, cash or check, and refund from the booking.
• A gift after booking. Add an optional donation ask to a booking page. After booking, visitors can give to your campaign in one tap with the card they just used.
• Emails. Bookers get a confirmation with a calendar invite, automatic reminders before their visit, and receipts, refund and cancellation notices. Staff can resend a confirmation and see the last email sent.
• Your CRM. A contact's appointments appear on their record, with visits, no-shows, balance due and gifts totaled at the top, and each booking moment shows on their timeline.
• Journeys. Start a journey when an appointment is booked, canceled, completed or marked a no-show.
